As part of our continued growth we have an opportunity for a Senior Producer to join our fantastic and talented Production team. As Senior Producer you will help deliver major new game features as a key part of team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a studio with a track record of delivering successful AAA titles and work with our experienced and passionate teams as you develop your career with us.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination of major areas of the game in collaboration with the Executive Producer and Game Director
  • Proactively identifying, prioritising and scheduling work based on the project roadmap
  • Sprint planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives
  • Ensuring that work streams are delivered on time, to a high quality and meet the expectations of players and stakeholders
  • Creating and optimising processes and pipelines to ensure efficient operation of the development team
  • Managing effective relationships with the development team, studio leadership and external partners
  • Providing visibility and effective reporting of project status to stakeholders
  • Mentoring other Production staff and modelling of best practice
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively
  • Helping maintain the bug database and effective triage of bugs across the dev team

About you

  • Extensive experience in AAA game production with multiple shipped titles
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently and effectively with internal and external teams at all levels
  • Used to managing multiple areas in parallel and able to balance competing requirements
  • Solid understanding of Agile processes
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to mediate and facilitate between different teams and disciplines
  • Skilled in finding solutions to complex problems
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment and able to react positively to change
  • Excellent organisational skills with a systematic and methodical approach

Desirable

  • Live Ops and GaaS experience
  • Experience using Hansoft or JIRA beneficial
