We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Associate PR & Social Media Manager to join our talented publishing team.  You’ll be joining during an exciting period of growth at Frontier and will be working on PR and SoCom communications on our most recent AAA title, Jurassic World Evolution or one of our unannounced titles which promise to be just as exciting.

The role of the Associate PR & Social Media Manager encompasses the promotion of Frontier’s products and developing a deeper engagement with our customers and the media. The Associate PR & Social Media Manager will write press releases, ensure consistent communication of company and product messages, generate coverage and commentary, plan and execute campaigns and events, and work with Frontier’s publishing team on broad strategic goals.

This position is an internal role at Frontier’s Cambridge studio and reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the wider publishing team with key stakeholders to create, plan, and deliver aligned PR and Socoms media campaigns and events around Frontier and its titles
  • Build and maintain relationships with global media outlets and key influencers across multiple channels ensuring that a positive brand image is conveyed at all times
  • Write and edit press releases, fact sheets, FAQs, planning documents, social media content, and other PR material
  • Work with Frontier’s internal PR team to coordinate with international PR agencies
  • Work with the Publishing team to develop broad strategies for increasing engagement and conversation
  • Generate and occasionally host original content for our channels to raise product visibility and awareness
  • Use analytical tools to analyse and measure all activities to improve effectiveness and response.

About You

  • Experience working in a similar PR and Social Media or a related role connected to the games industry
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Good existing relationships with key international specialist and non-specialist media outlets
  • An understanding of the computer and videogames market, and the specialist and non-specialist media market
  • Good understanding of social media channels
  • Collaborative and thrives in a team environment
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and able to react positively to change
  • Ability to accurately report and monitor feedback
  • Passionate about video games
  • Willing and able to travel to industry events and conventions.

Desired

  • Good knowledge and understanding of marketing methods and channels
  • Knowledge of Frontier’s titles, especially Jurassic World Evolution
  • Streaming experience.
