WHAT’S THE ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. You’ll hire across our studios in Cambridge (UK) and Complex Games in Winnipeg (Canada), predominantly focusing on game development roles. Using your knowledge and experience of games recruitment, you'll deliver first-class processes for both internal stakeholders and candidates. You'll also support and own other talent acquisition projects and initiatives. 

This role can be on a hybrid working basis, which means you’ll have the opportunity to spend time working both in the studio and at home. We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.  

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Working in partnership with a range of development disciplines to deliver successful recruitment campaigns from requisition to offer for roles at all levels.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers on the development of effective campaigns including job adverts, attraction strategies and assessment approaches to ensure we hire the best talent for our studios.
  • Sourcing and engaging with industry talent for current vacancies and to build future pipelines.
  • Where appropriate, working with the recruitment agencies best equipped to help identify talent, particularly for hard to fill roles.
  • Help organise and attend recruitment and industry events to promote Frontier, network with peers and identify potential candidates.
  • Supporting and/or lead on a range of talent acquisition projects.
  • Proposing and implementing new ideas and ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition and on-boarding processes.
  • Continuously developing your industry network and relationships to build future talent pipelines.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Experienced video games recruiter, ideally with experience hiring for a breadth of development disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to present information to candidates and hiring managers in an honest, convincing, and credible manner.
  • Knowledge and experience of using a broad range of channels to source talent.
  • Confident attending events (virtual and IRL) and representing Frontier.
  • Well organised and able to manage multiple requisitions across various disciplines.
  • Passionate to deliver best candidate experience and provide an excellent service to hiring managers.
  • Resilience to work in a fast-paced and changing environment whilst maintaining a positive and solutions focused attitude when problems arise.
  • Curious minded with the ability to ask insightful questions.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience creating and posting content and measuring engagement for social media channels.
  • Experience organising events.
